Founder and Creative DirectorDan started Pate & Associates in 1999 after many years as Creative Director for Hard Rock Cafe, International. With over 25 years of advertising design experience, Dan had built and managed art departments for many companies before deciding to build his own.
From drawing hot rods on his notebook in grade school to receiving a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Arts at Eastern Illinois University, Dan has always had a passion for art and music.
Greg Branham
Studio ManagerAfter years of working for large agencies, Greg started his own business before joining the Pate & Associates team. Greg served a variety of clients including Barnies Coffee and Tea.
Greg won’t tell you, but he is actually an accomplished fine artist who enjoys oil painting. He has deep ties to the art community in Central Florida and has served on the board of the Deland Museum of Florida Art.
Robert Lussenden
Senior Designer
Robert is a jack of all trades. Trained as a designer, he also possess the ability to pick up on technology and emerging trends. A devoted father of 2, Robert finds the balance of work and family while still completing all of his deadlines with dedication.
Now the real scoop... Robert is the office prankster. You may find a photo of your face Photoshopped over "The Sham-Wow guy" one day and a rubber cockroach in you coffee cup the next.... Priceless.
